Reading The Bears Stats and the Kiwi/Bears players reminded me of Doug Rollerson.
Doug was a much heralded All Blacks Fullback who was signed mid season to save the Bears in about 1977/78.
I think Doug played 1 first grade game or it may have been an Amco Cup match. I think he was injured returned to NZ and then never heard of again.
Can anyone confirm or add to the Doug Rollerson Story?
Should he be included on the Kiwi's/Bears statistic page?

The All Black's Site listed above by CNBHS is Awesome.
Hate Union but love the format of the site.
Chock full off photos and stats of every player.
Would love to see something similar for the Bears.
I recomend everyone take a look.

agreed, stumbled across it only recently

typical bloody new zealanders and their all blacks, and a great site for detail as well as pics and general format.
i'm suprised they don't list blood type for each one

http://www.nzrl.co.nz/page/past_caps.html

list nz rugby league internationals, nothing like the union site unfortunately

shows Con Sullivan as a 'dual' international, dual in the sense that he played RL for NZ in 1909 before coming to Australia and subsequently played tests for Australia.
